The focus will be growing the economy and helping more people back to work, good luck with that until the Russian situation is sorted out and all the Brexit stuff resolved

Raising the lifetime pension allowance isn't for once about robbing the poor. It is to stop all the doctors retiring in their mid forties. Otherwise, the Tories are hanging on for the next election which can't come soon enough for them because they have already stolen all the money and need to make a getaway.

Good to hear the government is helping us 70 year olds get back to work.
Will they re-introduce conscription for pensioners and asylum seekers?
Commendable stuff.

Raise tax on those who earn over 200k
Raise Corporation tax
Slash benefits on those (proven medical reason aside) out of work for over 3 years
Introduce food stamps
Freeze any rail fare increases ( so you ca strike half month AND raise your fares the week before FKN do one)

On the topic of finance, Brighton's owner, Tony Bloom has bet £830,000 at 6/4 on his horse, Energumene, to win the 3.30 at Cheltenham today. When it wins, that will be a few of his players' wages taken care of. The £225,000 winner's prize money will pay a few more.

It won by more than 10 lengths. Tony Bloom doesn't place losing bets. I wonder if he'll back Brighton to win the FA Cup this year.

No issues with Labour having a bash now that they've decided to give Socialism the swerve and just do Tory policies with a red logo.
