Once again we're seeing that we don't just need "strikers", we need centre forwards. Part of the problem with Mubama is that he's not a true centre forward. He struggles to hold the ball up and doesn't really help us in build up play.
We really, really needed to sign another centre forward in the window and that's the mistake that will hurt us the most this season. Realistically there's not much hope of change, other than coaching Mubama. I doubt that Princewill is going to help us much yet. Maybe we'll find another miracle in January like we did with Cyle. |  | | |

Talking of older strikers, Marko Arnautović could do a job for us. He's currently at Red Star Belgrade, who can't be paying him much.
I'm sure we could also pay Ayoub El Kaabi more than he gets at Olympiacos.
