I didn't reference the case - I was replying to the post from Jango.
As an aside though, the new evidence didn't show anything of the sort as it made no reference to the events of that night. In fact, it quite specifically did not.

You obviously did not read the account of the trial then.
The specific references were to the words that she used during sexual intercourse when she was sober or drunk and she used the same words and phrases on the night in question with Evans which was why it was allowed.
I am sure you are not really "shocked" by my opinion, unless of course you are also shocked by the opinions of the judge and jury members.

I'm not sure but I have a feeling it's due to this ice cream van with a moving satellite on its top that has been parked outside my house since yesterday evening. Tried to get a screwball, but the driver said he couldn't leave the van.
Update: Just went out and found the driver dead inside the van, with all the sauces, hundreds and thousands, and flakes all over him. I'm not an expert, but I think he's "topped" himself. [Post edited 19 Oct 2016 16:50]
