Road to Wembley thread 10:43 - Jan 3 with 56386 views | RangersDave | Yup, gone early on this one, however....... I'm not so sure Fleetwood will be a pushover, especially with our .... unfit, tired, ill, useless, out of contract soon, (delete as appropriate) players. With that in mind, i'm going 1-2 to the Rangers with Fleetwood scoring first and very early in the match.

I'm sure a lot of the squad play video games, we can carefully explain the for QPR, and QPR only, cup games have the difficulty level turned up to Expert.

Road to Wembley thread on 13:46 - Jan 3 with 10745 views | ManinBlack | I read somewhere before Christmas that Fleetwood had only won two of their last 21 home games so tremble with fear. This is just the job for us to make another charitable donation to a club in need of a boost.

Last year 3rd Rnd ties went to extra time so assume it's the same this year? No replays til 5th Rnd?

Road to Wembley thread on 15:35 - Jan 3 with 10490 views | BlackAndGoldRanger | Really want an actual cup run this year. So round 3 exit it is..... Would love to get some proper home ties too. Don't think Rangers have been past round 5 in my life (that I remember) so never got the "magic of the cup" feeling.

Road to Wembley thread on 19:38 - Jan 3 with 10229 views | derbyhoop | QPR aren't going to win the PL. Unlikely to win the Championship as things stand. So, the Cup is one of the very few area where we could make an impact on the football world. Would make a nice change if that impact was positive.

Road to Wembley thread on 20:28 - Jan 3 with 10163 views | wortonranger | I think it’s a great chance for the new boss to shuffle the pack again. I think we would have enough to win and the whole squad needs to be on board. After last night anything is possible!
Road to Wembley thread on 20:42 - Jan 3 with 10139 views | PlanetHonneywood | Each year I’m left annoyed by seeing plucky upstarts knocking out big teams. In fact most of the small teams really go for it, and put in stellar performances. Never us, never us beating a big team. I guess Saturday all depends on how many first teamers Fleetwood leave out.

Road to Wembley thread on 05:56 - Jan 5 with 9824 views | BushRanger82 | We have one of, if not the poorest, record of 3rd round exits in the FA Cup, of all four English leagues. Losing out to lower league opposition, home or away, it matters not where, is expected now by most fans. Indeed, some fans even positively encourage this very low standard we've set ourselves.

Road to Wembley thread on 08:43 - Jan 5 with 9704 views | dmm | As we stare across the yawning gulf that is the FA cup third round, we wonder how we can jump across to the promised land of the 4th round. I think there may be a couple of positives this year. We're only 5 games in from the WC break so players won't be tired. In fact, some players actually need games at the moment, and it may even be an opportunity for the likes of Johansen and Clarke-Salter to be eased back in. Expect a strong line up. Critchley will know a loss would be a really bad set back, particularly after Monday night. He will be straining every sinew to get a result with this game.
