Saying you don't trust a player in public ( especially a player who we know could be quite handy as he scores goals) is absolutely disgusting. RM has basically just made Alcarez want to leave at the earliest opportunity and who can blame him. RM, like Jones is feeling the pressure and is losing the plot.

Is it me or do others think that our current clown of a manager’s voice sounds like that of David Brent from the TV series The Office ?
Without doubt Russell Martin talks the same utter garbage as the comedy character, although for all of us decent long suffering Saints fans it’s very far away from being funny.

Alcaraz was one of the very few bright spots of last season.
Can clearly play at a higher level.
Sergio Aguero hardly spoke English the whole time he was at City.
As with Perraud (in the Gillingham game) Martin has chosen to throw Alcaraz under the bus.
Comes across as a nice bloke, but clearly a nasty piece of work when it suits him.

It's not RM's fault that he's incompetent & out his depth managing our football club.
It's the fault of the idiots at the top that gave him the job.
They are making a habit of appointing cheap unproven useless managers, in fact they are very good at it.
