Last time we drove to Middlesbrough we got held up on the M1 motorway and got to the ground Five minutes before bloody kick off, we then promptly lost 4-0.

Tomorrow I shall stay at home and continue coughing and sneezing, by the way I done a match thread last season and we won at Cardiff.

The team sheet will be interesting. Do we go with our more agresssive 442 and risk getting stiffed or add another midfielder to go.for 0 0?

Boro are really motoring so I think certainly a win may well be beyond us. Just grabbing a point would be excellent.

Cherish and enjoy life.... this ain't no dress rehearsal

Get your point and I initially thought the same but…………..

Extra day off, easier to manage travel (do they fly to this?) and of course the old school ‘don’t change a winning team’. (1 change, I know.)

Also x2 home games and tucked up in bed by midnight tuesday, as apposed to somewhere on the M40 same time wednesday night.

That extra rest should give us at least 30 mins before we start tanking.

Want to see more of Poku, I thought he did well in his short stint Tuesday. Definitely like to see him subbed on ahead of Dembele.

I was going to go for a win because we are getting some consistency and having seen the line I’m sticking with a win. It’s the obvious best starting team.

Strong and stable my arse.

Hopefully 3 points today to slingshot their way beyond the firmament and ultimately to Step Over Heaven for one of my early QPR Idols .

He went far too young. One of my early idols too.

Happy with that starting eleven.
I know we were crap at Norwich when we made no change after a midweek game, but:

We haven't played since Tuesday.
We haven't travelled in a fortnight, and
In the Norwich game, we were crap and half-assed from the off, not a case of fatigue kicking in over the course of the match.

Besides, I think the tactics might be more important here than the starting eleven:

1) Where will we pitch our defensive line?
2) How will we protect our midfield two?
3) Will we push numbers into central midfield, or drop deep and abandon it?

I do feel for Morrison but at Stephan said, an extra day to recover so not too surprised that there is just one change. He does have Cook on the bench.

Never knowingly right.
