Downes does need to curb his aggression.
The refs are aware of him & he's always going to be targeted by the officials not just because of his aggression but also his back chat to officials.
He needs to control his aggression because he's a good player.
But the FA's timing of this ban stinks, they should have given Saints at least 7 days notice of the ban, Tonda has obviously been planning yo use Downes on Saturday. | | | |
