Female goalkeepers always come in for a lot of stick. Don't know about these Euros but last year the average height of a goalkeeper in the WSL was 5ft 8in. In the Premier League it was 6ft 3in — so a full 7 inches difference. Of course the women aren't going to defend the goal as well. | |
