Best leave Nick out of this as he has possible conflicting interests  , but difficult for the rest of us I think
Really don't want the Scousers to think they may be able to take advantage of City's dropped points yesterday, and when they (well Kloppity) start thinking they can claim the points if for some reason it gets abandoned (see other thread if you've been on Mars) is ridiculous, but then I'm really enjoying all of the negativity coming out of OT and current performances
There is also the fact that we play Utd next week and would a thumping gee them up or cause even more unrest in the camp and we can take full advantage of that, or will a win be their turning point
I suppose a draw is probably the best result and no wins in 3 for either of them!

which coupled with the result, will boost them for next
weekend . I was confident of a win it they lost tonight, now not so much.

I was more worried for Saturday if they had got beaten, they would really be up for it then as they were tonight.
Hopefully they have shot their bolt now and will find it hard to raise themselves against Saints after beating Liverpool, the good news is they hung on a bit at the end so things aren't fixed overnight
