Went to see the Wonka movie. It is surprisingly very good. Rowan Adkinson, Matt Lucas and Hugh Grant are in it, it's really good. And watched EastEnders, there was a murder on Christmas day. [Post edited 28 Dec 2023 16:25]

On a more serious note, a film on over Christmas that I had not seen before but was enjoyable enough was Yesterday. In a similar start to Life On Mars, there is a major episode at the start of the film that affects the main character and when he wakes up in hospital the planet has reset itself as a world in which The Beatles didn’t exist. This pub musician is the only one who appears to remember the lyrics to any of their songs and builds a massive reputation for himself by recording quite a few of their songs. Lighthearted but enjoyable enough for a late evening film over Christmas - the music wasn’t bad either 😀 |  | | |
