How much of a bribe did Man City pay him to move to Arsenal to make sure they go backwards and stop challenging them for the title??

Responsible for recruitment since 2021. Not exactly a glowing report for recruitment for Saints in that period. I don't know much about the guy but good riddance based on some the crap we have bought in last 3 years if he has blagged his way into Arsenal based on this CV.

Im not sure he was responsible for the actual recruitment, just the analysis side of things and providing the data.

But in defence he would have identified Livramento, Adam Armstrong, , Bella Kotchap, Lavia, Mara, , Taylor, Fernandes, Suguwara all of whom have played a part over the last 3 years and are worth a lot more than they cost

So if we balance out our recruitment over the past few years it hasn't lost money
