I see after last nights bill confirming that Free Movement was ending, the bitter remoaners are getting their knickers in a twist again and #RejoinEU is trending on Twitter.

I suppose the 16 to 24 year old remoaners, will be marching through London again to try to overturn a democratic vote, at the time when it has just been implemented. Oh well, it's been a whole week since their last protest.

I love making the bed wetters like you squirm. The bill has passed for Freedom of Movement, as has the deadline to agree a deal in principal. We're leaving Soppy and there's nothing you can do about it.

It works both ways, and the benefit slobs that watch Bargain Hunt all day don’t want foreigners coming and doing the minimum wage jobs that they weren’t going to do anyway.

Yeah, you're right. We're not going to be allowed to go to Spain next year and Chantelle won't be able to go and work at the Coyote Ugly bar in Ibiza.

That proper sucks. #RejoinEU!!!!!!

It's because the tide is now turning, SoG.

The widespread public support for BLM has been a shock for people like Boris, who foolishly thought that right wing populism had won the day.

Trump is flailing at 14% behind in the US polls and his mate Farage has finally disappeared up his own @rse.

Normal service is resuming and Boris doesn't like it, so he clings on to the dream of a crash bang wallop Brexit as the only bit of liberal bashing he can still rely upon.

We will, of course, eventually do a deal with the EU before the transition period runs out. Boris J will spin it as being a hard won, hard bargained victory but it'll be a compromise, as it was always going to be.

The younger generation seem much less enamoured with the Little Englander mentality so I do wonder if, in a few years time when many of the xenophobes have passed on, whether there will be a move to rejoin the EU. The majority seemed to be moving in favour of staying before Covid kicked off and the Floyd murder occurred. As you say, perhaps more people are realising the benefits of a non nationalistic mindset. We can only hope!

The tide isn't turning mush. Boris has an 80 seat majority, so you can sit and cry about Brexit as much as you like, but it's happening and there's nothing you can do about it this time.

You know that it is. That's why you're wetting the bed with all these obscure Brexit posts.

BLM has petrified you; Trump, Farage and all the other crazies are in retreat; and you're probably also scratching your head feeling very confused about your namesake's Corbyn-style spending plans.

I'm looking forward to the steam coming out of your ears when you see the last minute 'deal' that the UK does. I'd get some nappies on order now, if I were you.

There will be no deal.
The £ will continue to plummet.
Freedom of movement , for starters, followed by various other freedoms, will come to an end.
The rich and priveleged will become more so.
The rest of you hoi poloi chumps can continue to tug your forlocks and do as you are told.
It'll all be lovely in the land of hope and glory.
It's all part of the plan.

80 seat majority pal.

Nothing you can do to stop it. Nothing Labour or the Lib Dems can do.

Why do so many people who have never been further than a package holiday to Benidorm keep harping on about 'Freedom of Movement' ?

Why are you so bothered about it? Were you planning to go and live in Belgium next year?

That 80 seat majority was won more on the back of Corbyn's inability than Brexit.
It was the worst thing that could have happened to this country in many years and we will pay for it big time,Boris and his crew haven't a clue.
If we have a 'no deal'(I don't think that will happen in the end)and have to do some kind of deal with Trump, good luck with that.America first and all that.

I'd assume it's probably for their children and grandchildren who would no longer have the option to live, work and study abroad easily. I've personally benefitted from free movement by being able to live in Barcelona and Madrid, travel Europe pretty extensively with work and seen career options open up massively that never would've had we not had it.

That said i'm also in the privileged position of having two passports, so in reality this doesn't affect me too much and i can carry on "as is", in fact in some ways i get a real advantage out of this, i hold european and british access and work in an industry that has a shortage of talent, so should be able to use that to my advantage.

Well I honestly up until this point had not realised how detached you are from reality, but that little view of your mind has blown away any doubt that you are wholly deluded!!!!

You obviously don't have a clue at the serious damage recent weeks have made to race relations in this country.."the tide has turned" but not in the way you try to suggest...

You need to get a grip sweetheart, BLM hasn't created a new dawn of racial cohesion..its reignited a situation that was left behind in the 70s/80s...

So I'd stop flouncing around your bedsit with that ridiculous smile on your face....things have definitely changed ..and not for the good.

They will though, won't they? In exactly the same way young people can live, work and study in many many countries around the world that are not in the EU, through young persons working visa schemes, such as in Aus and NZ.

Do you not think there is going to be a reciprocal young persons working visa scheme? Honestly?
