Very damaging to the team morale, the club must act soon as players will be affected by the speculation.

Based on many of this season's performances, the damage has already been done!

True perhaps they should take a leaf out of Nottingham Forest's books

If you are in the team, you should still give your all as you would want to be impressing any potential new manager.

I don’t see why it should have any impact.

It’s a completely nomadic industry; players should be used to all this.

Don’t give them an excuse to be crap.

You are right, the players have to take some of the blame, if we have players at the club who are not bothering because they don't like the manager, then why would you want a player like that at the club.

Micah Richards was in a newspaper article and he said he hated various managers in his time, but he was a professional and just had to get on with the job in hand

You are actually correct Nick. Either commit to the manager and give him the club's full backing or sack him and get in one they do trust.

They are backing him by keeping faith with him, but I see your point, but it probably suits both sides to stick with the present deal

How on earth can it suit us Nick? Everyone know's Ralph is a dead man walking and the players have now totally given up playing for him.

I can't see us gaining another point for as long as he's here.

So it's in no way benefiting the club to carry on like this.

It's like every other decision that's made at the club.
It's a financial decision rather than a football decision.
The longer they keep Ralph the less it costs the club.
Very short sighted.

I'm sure it does, if it's referring to Semmens and Hassenhutl.
Naturally either of those don't give a fu ck about the supporters having to pay to watch rubbish every week.
Convenient to blame the players of course, the manager does it every week.
