Ralph is not concerned about being sacked 10:01 - Oct 16 with 2515 viewsGRIM

Of course Ralph is not concerned about being sacked, he's guaranteed his colossal wage for another 18 months.
Why would you he be concerned.
It's the rest of us Saints supporters that are concerned about the future of our club.
He will move on to another highly paid job (if he wants to) while we continue to pay a fortune to watch Saints in decline.

- 3 wins in 22 games.
- 16 games without a clean sheet.
- 13 points out of a possible 69.
- 94 points dropped from winning positions.
- Two 9-0 defeats.
- The longest run of games without a win in the clubs 137 years.
- Conceded 60/+ goals every full season he's managed us.

Yet the the fraud is still somehow in a job.

If his contract does indeed run until the end of next season, then that is about £10 million to pay him off.

Semmens really isn’t going to want to sanction that.

That sum pales into significance against the cost of relegation.

Just seen the highlights.if you can them f@cking highlights. Terrible stats, but Villas stats, Forest, Leicester are all similar. Playing devil's advocate, Adams missed about 6 chances, what can Ralph do? The club didn't get him a prolific striker in did they. We have been f@cking saying it since Ings left and then Broja left - not replaced. Any new manager will have to be a miracle worker to get any more our of the cr@p strikers we have.

The club's policy is f@cking flawed and wrong. Young players all over the pitch who arn't good enough, not strong enough and not experienced enough. That would be the same under any manager. West Ham were far stronger, more physical, more aggressive. That's because they buy already decent players.

Someone made the point recently that they were reminded of Rupert Lowe's last hurrah under Poortvliet and Wotte.
A Saints youth team attempting to compete in the Championship resulting in administration and relegation.
Relegation is currently on the cards.
Dejá vu?

That's right. When we get a new manager Prowsey will be deservedly benched and that will cost us 100k pw for 4 years. Cost £20,800.000.

What would be even worse is if the board and the owners were at loggerheads. Good thing that’s not happening right?

If the execs won’t carry out instructions from the owner they’ll be out on their ears.

We may of won last night but having watched the match it wasnt anything that put me in a better mood. The second half was again woeful with players unable to play to any sort of plan.

Its beyond a farce that Hasenhuttl is still here and fans are now rightly questioning those in the boardroom responsible.

One thing missing from this list - still in the premier league which given the sh*t show he inherited and lack of investment is a bloody miracle. He may have had some investment this season but the league has moved on a notch so we are merely keeping up. Look at this season, that is all that is important now. On current run rate we get 38 points which would probably be enough to stay up. We have lost six, three to teams you would expect, with 3 disappointing performances lost by one goal each i.e. 3/11 poor efforts. Realistically we cannot expect much more. Not clear whether the youth approach will work but we know buying second tier established players doesn't and the money is not there to go to a higher level. If we sack Ralph who do we get that is obviously better and would actually come? See Wolves for details. Sometimes its better the devil you know!

What I saw of the game last night was like watching a pin ball machine.
Two poor sides consistently losing the ball.
