No match thread, 90' from kick off?

Another sign of the times I guess.

I'll go for 1-1 - maybe another Dykes penalty - why not?

Is that the mackie away goal against Derby ahead of the international break, 10 years ago equivalent?

It was the old 96th minute Alex Ferguson syndrome.

I think we've been worth a draw. Not good, but no worse than them, Nix.

FT.

true, both very poor teams. we'll struggle against the better teams. lots of work needed.

Just about deserved. Just.

They had 20 mins in second half were on top. We had similar first half. Otherwise fairly even.

Would’ve taken a point but we desperately need something else in midfield. Really don’t think we’re too far from being a good side by this dire league’s standards.

Get the fcuk in. What a debut.

The biggest thing that shows is how much we need supporters back - poor lad doesn't know what to do with himself and getting no help from those around him.

Well pretty poor game
If there was any real positives it was Dickie, Sieng and Kakay so to have 3 defenders play so well it is a plus
I still like Dykes he works so so hard
Unfortunately that is about it really. Hope that the conditions had a part to play but a point is a point, but neither team had good games.

Agree, you can't say it's daylight robbery - it was a nothing game between two nothing teams. A 0-0 draw would be a fair result, but one nice move by them got them in front. At least we kept going. Point away I'll take it.

But many problems for Warbs to look at during the break now. We need to rediscover our attacking verve and the midfield is still not sorted out properly. Lots and lots of work to do, but 5 points from four games not too bad. Could've been better, could've been worse.

Bare bones.

8th and 2 pts from 6th would appear to prove you correct there!

Whether its 'dire' or just everyone is of the same standard, who knows?

2 Bang Average teams both teams have a winger who looks dangerous with service BOS for us Harris for them. Bannon and Luongo vastly superior to our midfield but thought a draw was just about right

Not too sure why everyone has it in for Wallace, think he is OK. Can't defend Amos though

I'm sure you're right Brian. I guess I was thinking how bad we were. But they were poor to be fair.

Nice way for Bonne to announce his arrival. Wednesday tried to shut up shop at 1-0 and that didn't help the game. Apart from that OG then, they must have only had a couple of chances. I thought before they scored we looked the better team; afterwards we definitely looked stifled.

Awful game. Most of the team played terrible.

Dieng wasn't one of them. He looks like a good goalie, maybe great (too soon to know). None of the goals have been h fault and he has pulled off a few great saves. Protects his area well and is decisive coming out for crosses, etc.

Kakay also isn't one. He looks brave in defense and very positive going forward.

Maybe Bonne is the missing piece at the front. He scored a good goal, was quiet but useful for most of the game. But it was his debut and he scored on it, so get in there lad!

Come on Warbs, sort it out!

They were, Nix. A terrible footballing team. And we were below par today but a point in the cold and the rain Oop North is nothing to be, well, sneezed at.
