I have never personally heard of him, but is he any good? This is what Burnley have been trying to do all through January. Play as few games as possible, get some new blood in and then play their games in hand when everyone else is too knackered or can't be bothered. Not that I am cynical or anything........much!!!!

Dutch international. 59 goals in 118 games in the Bundesliga. But, marked out of the game twice by Jose Fonte in this year's Champions League.

Burnley have got him for much less than his market value. Looks like they've done well.

Yes - sell Chris Wood and then the very next day, call a game off because they don't have enough players !!

He is a Dutch international and at Wolfsberg had a goal scoring ratio of 1 in every 2 games.

With him and Cornet, they look to have a pretty decent front 2 pairing.

Burnley have stayed up all these years by spending their limited budget wisely in the transfer market. Meanwhile Newcastle have splashed out more than £100 mill on buying a new team. It will be interesting to see which out of those two is relegated this year.
