He'll be on silly wages, won't he? But has looked really good the couple of times I've seen him play for Scotland. Always surprised me he ended up so frozen out, especially given they'd spent such big money on him and how comically bad Everton continued to be after Lampard took over. Further down in that link says Blackburn were offering to pay £26k a week for Ben Davies on loan from Liverpool who he never played for i guess that is about what Patterson would cost. Too rich for our blood .
