The bar staff seem really young and clueless (as you say, untrained), they also mutter, had to get a couple to repeat themselves.
Level 1 annoys me. I went with my son not long after it opened and we played mini golf and had fun, now they seem to have introduced some weird armband system and no one seems willing to help you. Why is there not a reception when you go in the doors at the bottom to explain and help you? Poorly done.
My biggest annoyance is the sheer volume of people heading down to the concourse on 30 minutes. It's getting earlier and earlier. |  |

It's because the sun was shining, fans are allowed to leave the concourse and go outside to the fanzone area, and having a few drinks in the sun with more room seems to be very appealing.
