Sheesh, spurs’s front 3 has gotta be the worst in the world for diving now! I sure do hope that now with all the reshuffling of the PL referee officials/managers/coaches, that they do more about simulation, and ether make it a red card offence or give out more cautionings for it.

Well personally I’d keep to the rough guidelines/regulations that us refs are taught to follow for simulation, but instead of just a yellow card, it should be a red, as simulation can lead to major game changing situations like red cards/penalties, so faking them should be punished by the same.
And if they did become red card offences, then VAR could also check for them, and with todays regulations, no one could complain about them as they’re not often given out, but with reds as punishment it will certainly reduce them. | |
