Sorry but even as someone that’s previously defended Ralph and wasn’t all negative about RM’s appointment etc… but even I’m fed up as he really does need to go!
As we’re only 1 goal up against a team that are one of the favourites to go down, compared to a team that should be at least making top 4! Yet now we’re 13/11 points off the top 2, all because they don’t waste 30 minutes in a game messing around with the ball and not creating anything, whilst we do!
As sorry but 10th with the players we’ve got for the championship, with almost all our automatic hopes of promotion gone, ain’t good enough and RM is the reason behind that! As with any half decent manager we’d of won that game, and wouldn’t be as low as we currently are. As his tactics may work when your playing the harder teams and don’t have long left on the clock, but when your behind/playing easier teams and need to get your gd up, his tactics have been sh*te and even I’m fed up of them now |  |

The subs were just awful today. RM arrogantly thought we had won and took off our two best players Adam Armstrong and Sulemana. They equalised and we had nobody to then win the game. And on top of that 80% possession, we didn't kill them off, they had their one shot on target, scored and we draw with a team who haven't got single point away from home all season. RM has got away with making crazy substations in the last 2 games, he didn't in this one.
The subs that he makes are unnecessary & always disrupt our shape.
We were coasting in that game with Sulemana & Stuart Armstrong creating chances with their movement.
Then RM tries to be smart by making so many changes.
But he was outsmarted today by Rotherham manager who changed their shape to 5 at the back.
Then changed again to a flat back 4 to gain a point.
RM just isn't the right man to manage our squad. | | | |
