It should not be allowed.
There is definitely a conflict of interest.
SR should only be focused on success with one club.
How many players have we purchased & never seen them because they are loaned straight out to another club under the same ownership.

Fernandes is far too good for the championship, him , Dibling ( when he can be arsed) Ramsdale and Kyle walker - peters are all prem standard and won’t want to be playing in the championship next season and who can blame them ? |  |

Ideally we want to keep him to give us the best chance of getting back up.
If that doesn't happen, I don't see any benefit to Saints by loaning him to Goztepe. If we sold him at least we would have funds to enhance Saints.
I very much doubt Goztepe would pay the going loan fee/rate, in which case we lose a talented player and don't and get the funds he would provide to replace/loan. [Post edited 11 Apr 12:23]
