1. It caused much mirth before the game, when one fella was soaked down his back because he had taped a Capri Sun pouch full of Whiskey to his back and he had leant on it and it had burst
2. Didnt seem that much in the way of catering at St Mary's the Dell bar was open, but ir was far from full at 8am
3. I'm not sure that safe standing areas are that safe, when we scored there were people standing on the seats on the bars and flying down the rows
4. The atmosphere wasn't that great, I think they are first and foremost haters of Southampton than supporters of Portsmouth fc
5. As above they dont make much noise for a stadium packed with 50,000 home fans

1. The bubble was f*cking awful, stupidly early start, disorganised when we got there, no toilet on the bust, and our bus had more people allocated to it than seats. Plus given there was the same number of arrests yesterday as there was without it i don't see how it can be justified in the future.
2. Tense game we probably should've won it but can't finish and can't defend when it matters.
3. Given all the "hatred" we're told about that was one of the most timid Fratton crowds i've ever seen
4. Their fans along the road in smiling and waving at the buses was really strange, seemed like they were welcoming us into hayling island
5. The lad stood in a saints top just up from the good companion pub on the way back was funny, plenty of blue few around him too and he wasn't getting any abuse

1- Pathetic (as ususal, i never learn) sausage bap from the Northam concourse before we left on the coach. 2- Coaches not in number order on Britannia Road, i was walking around like someone in the first scene of Saving Private Ryan :) 3 - Best chant of the day "Where's your famous atmosphere" The knuckle draggers did'nt like that one. 4 - That concourse at Fratton was woeful, £5 something a pint was ok though. 5 - Had a good shower when i got home, dirty mockneys.

Watched on the big screen with my lad and his mates down the Northam fanzone. It was pretty packed , 8 quid a ticket but you got a pie and a pint for " free" .
Good atmosphere, a band, Mark Dennis geeing up the crowd.
Beer thrown everywhere when we scored.
A fun day , disappointing result but team show some spirit.

Was apparently in the row behind Matt Teale of Meridian TV. I can only apologise for some fruity language that may have emanated from me if he reads this forum.
Refused to purchase anything from that lot so stayed at my seat all pre game and half time. My son had pre match and halftime pints and said getting served wasn’t too bad. I was surprised as it was carnage trying to get to my block once inside.
It really is a crap hole, I can only think back to the last time I’d visited a stadium that was worse than that, was actually back in 2004 for our trip there 3 visits previously before they put a roof on the slum. I suppose they’ve proved it possible you can polish a turd
As much as a pain in the hole the buses were pre match I actually thought walking out of the ground and getting taken straight back really appealed to my lazy natured side
Hope the ball boy who appeared to be injured by the flashbang thing was ok. Idiotic whoever threw that (sure it was them but have read claims it came from our side)
Jam tomorrow

1) Annoying that we all received emails telling us we had to board the coach an hour before departure. There was no need for that, and we ended up having to wander around for half an hour, as we didn't need to be on the coach that early. When we did all board the coach, we still waited around. Despite saying we had to sit down in the unlicensed areas, nobody did and it wasn't enforced.
2) The atmosphere I thought was very loud at times. I was right next to the Pompey support and there was a lot of "hateful exchanges". It was hostile, in that our players were spat at and pulled around whenever they took a throw in. Were the Pompey players spat at, and pulled about when they came to St Mary's?
3) It was a hateful, hostile place. The two pitch invaders were full of hate for us, when we were one nil up. The Pompey fans were getting more and more angry until they equalised. One of our fans threw some crutches at him, and it hit the ball boy instead.
4) At the end seats were being ripped out and thrown in both directions. The toilets were smashed up.
5) The game had a derby feel to it, players squaring up to each other and both teams desperate not to lose. I really enjoyed it. A proper derby that should have been shown on Sky Sports main channel rather than the woman's game.
1 Got to coach about 755 and was told if you get on coach now you can't get off once searched, so wasn't having that caper and went to petrol station for a couple of Cronenburg tins washed down with a bit of grub, got searched just before coach left at 9.
2 No toilets on coach we're not all 18
3 No check on tickets at Fratton turnstiles? never went through turnstile. J know tickets were dished out on coach but if you managed to blag yourself on coach at SMS happy days, note that for next season
4 Poor quality teams, poor quality division, whoever goes up are worse than Wolves, who are useless
5 Didn't see too many dribblers in our support dribbling down their chins like Our Nobby 22, THERE IS A GOD

1. Even with all your expensive purchases you couldn't beat us home or away.
2. Even with us having double digit players missing through injury, you couldn't beat us, and indeed had less chances
3. Even with us having half our starting team missing, we had much more of the ball
4. Yes, the Milton is is crap, that’s how we like it. All the other stands have great bars and milling areas inside and out
5a. You do really struggle at Fratton Park in league games.
5b. Your players showed more passion than your fans.
You celebrating your draw like you’ve won the champions league 🤣
I’ve Been to several derbies at Fratton and that was the worst from your lot, your noise from the Fratton end was pathetic considering it’s your cup final. The only passion from your lot came from the scrotes to our right, you know the ones who spat at our players , tried to wrestle with our players and chucked fireworks into the crowd. You deserve everything which is coming your way, hopefully a points deduction and relegation to lower tiers which is of course your normal level.

A Skate obsessed with passion, who’d have thought it, eh?
If passion is spitting at opposition players, manhandling opposition players, throwing a flashbang into the away end etc then, yeah, you’re more passionate! D!ckhead.

1. 8am arrival for a 9am departure was annoying, can't remember what we had to do last time we had the bubble in 2011. Back then we boarded in Bursledon, were there other boarding locations?
2. Surprisingly thought the away end had a bit of an upgrade since 2019 less dingy but very tight out the back. Must say the pie was very good!
3. Didn't see AA reaction to our goal, but someone had to be smart and stay in Pompey's half. If they all ran back to celebrate Pompey could've restarted.
4. I didn't think they created the loudest of atmospheres, stuck to a couple of their songs with short verses. We can't expect them to remember too many words can we?
5. It was good to see our players with a bit of passion. THB, Downes, Stephens & Bree I thought all showed what we wanted to see. Correct me if I'm wrong, we haven't had a red card all season? Not that we want to see our players sent off, but we don't see the passion of - Benali, Claus, Svensson, Marsden to name a few. I know it's a different game now but in the Championship more likely to get away with things.

Steve Grant was there.
I walked to St. Mary’s with him on Sunday morning from the Premier Inn.

5 things about watching it on my couch :-)
1) no early queuing to get into my lounge, beer and snacks allowed but don’t spill it on the bloody carpet.
2) Sky decided to hide the game behind the red button and show a woman’s game watched by 2 birds and their dog.
3) half time slash in toilets that were not trashed.
4) 2 kids tried to invade the lounge in the 2nd half and were swiftly dealt with.
5) mid afternoon nap when it was all over.
Well done to all those that went and put on some decent support
My son and I watched from the sofa too, shouting at Sky for being sht. Scienza goal celebrated as if we were there, I threw my drink around, had a wee, shouted loudly and waved my arms around, all at the same time.
Still wish I'd done that bubble rubbish and gone though, but there we go.

So, we deserve everything that is coming our way. I don't remember Pompey fans wrecking the toilets at your stadium, and throwing crutches around and injuring ballboys. Looks like that was where some of your fans showed their passion.
Nobody here is celebrating a draw this end, but the fact remains our injury list was off the scale, our best 3 or 4 players missing, and we finished the game without one single central defender. We are also late in the window and have 3 more bods to come in. Massive opportunity missed to break your league duck at Fratton for the first time since flares and big collars were in fashion.

We sent you a bill for £35k after the game in September so clearly you must have caused some damage.

Throwing crutches at ballboys and wrecking toilets is very passionate.
Congratulations
As mentioned above, your club was sent an invoice for £35k for damage to the toilets at St Mary’s but you were clearly not there, as you would have known that.
