Boro not reinstated and Hull given promotion
The whole thing is now so tainted, that eckert couldnt even lead the team out or be involved pre match. Likewise no senior management should have the front to be anywhere near wembley. I expect many fans wouldnt go and demand a refund.
Allegedly one of the main club sponsors has told SFC they will be quitting irrespect of what happens today. They dont want to be associated with a club that cheats.

Nope, once this is done and dusted that is it. Joe Tessom summed it up, we have not been fined 200M but we have been denied the opprotunity to play for 200M, who is to say we would have beaten Hull. |  |

The problem here is that the EFL turned the decision to lob us or not into a straight binary shout. Having said on yer bike to us they are now royally shagged if they run up against the Pannicker armed with a credible case for reinstatement worth pursuing in court.
Personally I can't really see how a disproportionate penalty argument gets us in the Premier League but I will enjoy watching the EFL squirm. | | | |
