Redmond has had far more moment than most give him credit for, last season he was still one of our highest provider of assists yet some will never give him credit.
Same as Djenepo who had an excellent game yesterday both defensively and getting forward, yet was still one of the lowest marked players on out player ratings |  |

Redmond obviously had the talent, but failed to deliver on a consistent basis.
I wasn't pushing for him to go, but not disappointed that he has made the decision to leave.
I think his opportunities, would have been limited, but he would have been a good option to have on the bench.
£3m does seem on the low side, but not surprised.

I think Redmond has been a profoundly frustrating player. He is undoubted skill and ability and occasionally, just occasionally, that has shone through and you think here is a player that could really be something - and then - nothing, long periods of nothing and herein lies the problem - you never knew when he would play well and for how long it would last - all players have their down times but with Redmond the up times were all too brief.
I would say all in all he has been an average player for the club who has earned well but could and should have been so much better - he has had enough seasons with us. The fact, as far as I can recall, no team of note has ever expressed an interest to wrestle him off us and that really says it all.
A good squad player and good as back up but quite an expensive back up. I think he needs to move on and I am not sure we will really miss him. | | | |

Out of these id prefer to keep Redmond.
It's a long season,injuries we suffer from these just when a player is going good.... Bang , they are out for months.... he will be needed and on his day can influence and win games. An asset from the bench in my opinion |  |
