A few thoughts.
First im glad it'll finally be done. Just get on with it and move on.
Second I am sick of other clubs managers and fans spouting their opinion. Mostly its steeped in self interest and a holier than thou attitude.
Thirdly I wasnt a fan of tonda initially but he certainly seems to have something about him. He doesn't come across well but he clearly gets his ideas across to the players. I will be annoyed if we are forced to sack him as it just means another club will snap him up at the end of his ban.
Lastly I cant help it all nonsense. Clubs fiddle their books, make illegal payments and break psr rules and no one raises an eyebrow because its incomprehensible to the average fan. But they can understand a kid by a tree with a phone so they have gone for us in a big way. The hypocrisy is ridiculous. Does anyone really believe we're the only ones that have done this?
PS Regardless of what the club say, surely they have a man lined up if the worst does happen. |  | | |

I’m not convinced we have, especially Parsons who’s so far off the mark again he probably just thinks he’ll get a fine - and how wrong was he when the original spygate broke.

I'm expecting a 6-12 month ban from all football activities. So Lallana & Garner in the short term at least. Lallana appears to be doing very well with the U21's and has a lot of experience as a player, he would be confident in dealing with the media as well. "Promote from within" appears to be the clubs preferred strategy. Will all depend on results of course.

Don't be surprised if the FA delay making a pronouncement today in order to seek further legal advice and drag it out further.
A significant personal fine and suspended sentence because the facts are not disputed would be fair. However, they are more likely to punish Tonda severely to make an example as an absolute deterrent.
