I've never heard of him either, but a quick search reveals he's 30 years old and plays as a left winger or stiker. He sounds like a Canadian Cameron Archer.
What's the point of signing someone like him when we've been trying to clear out players who score more goals than he does? If he's not good enough for the Dutch league why would be good enough here?

So, if the rumours are correct we are selling a guy who is currently joint third in the league of Championship scorers to Wolves ( who we will be playing next season when they are relegated) for £7 million and replacing him with a 30 year old no hoper who nobody has ever heard of ?
Unless this is a ploy to boost the Balance Sheet before selling our club what on earth are the Loons doing it for ?
Putting a positive spin on this one for Sports Republic may well be beyond even Nick’s undoubted abilities 😇

Looking at his career, his better days were 5 to 10 years ago. He was scoring goals regularly for Orlando when he was a youngster. It sounds like injuries and lifestyle issues have caught up with him. He's prone to hamstring injuries and has now reached the fag end of his career.

The thing about Sport Republic is, just when you think they've got rid of a player who wasn't good enough, they manage to find a replacement who's even worse.
This one sounds like a downgrade on all of the forwards we managed to offload in the last couple of years.

You're right Grumpy. He was never worth £18m but he would have been exactly what we needed this season. These jokers sold him for £5.5m so they could sign Damion Downs...

Other teams manage to get good youngsters on loan from Premier League clubs. Coventry, for example, have got Romain Esse from Palace. I wonder how many goals Spurs' Will Lankshear would score if he were on loan here rather than Oxford United?
Been reading through this thread with increasing dismay.
Stopping to think for a minute, we have already shipped Downs out (no loss whatsoever), but it also looks like Archer is off to Rangers and AA is off to Wolves, so, surely this can’t be all we are getting in, can it??
OK, Larin for Downs, from what I have read above, donkey for donkey so to speak. But what about replacements for Archer and AA then? If SR don’t do something to properly replace them then IMO they are no longer fit to be running this Club, that’s if they ever were to be honest… Absolute bunch of clowns, Parsons included.

No, because they were in the past, mostly in minor leagues. We should be judging him on this season.
To be fair, in his arrest video, he seems fairly likeable, even if a little disoriented.
