Need to drop Prowse for the rest of the season. We didn't start to play until Sims came on. I would like to see Sims, Gabbiadini and Carrillo start against Stoke.

Hoedt, Prowse and Romeu are utter slow snail-like dross. Borefest of a game, Carillo worked his socks off. Sims should keep Prowse on the bench for the rest of the season. Cedric is now shiiite and Pied should replace him.

Seeking for more goals: recommandation to MoPo for this week´s training adjustments:

Carrillo as our big target striker, Gabbi right behind him as supporting striker. Tadic out to rest.

Sims our right winger. Ward-P as right back (we need his crosses and free-kicks). Cedric, who has scored no goals and had no assists, out to rest.

Well that was bad we seemed to lose the midfield battle and Tomlin bossed it not the first time v us first three goals defendable but they seemed to have more energy guile and were so much better than us all over the pitch. Every time freeman got the ball they had 3 men on him there pressing game we could not cope with. Let’s hope this performance was a one off or we will get dragged into a relegation dogfight...games v AV and Derby up next need a more disciplined performance in these 2 games.

Agree with all your points KriSaint. I thought JWP did alright recently at right back and we do need his dead ball skills. I'd rest Hoedt and bring back Yoshida for Stoke and hope he provides a bit of leadership.

My low ratings reflect my conviction that, if you can't score against and beat Stoke at home when you're desperate for points, then nobody can have played well enough to have earned a high rating. I seem to be giving my highest scores to two players who haven't been in the team most of the season..McCarthy and Sims. And even though I normally oppose Redmond being on the field at all, he was a threat for most of the game. So, lots and lots of crosses and corners into the box, but nobody there, or at least nobody who knows how to put the ball in the net. It's been our problem all year, and even the addition of a new 19 million striker hasn't helped much. Yet the only time we looked like scoring was when both Carrillo and Gabbi were in the box, and then genius manager got cold feet--those two were on the field together for exactly 15 minutes! And then the totally pointless introduction of Long. WTF?

The blame for tis never ending farce should be placed squarely on Fraser Forster

Déjà vu anyone?
I can't figure out if Pell is an egomaniac, stubborn, or just very limited. We're the dream opposition for other teams because it's so predictable how we'll set up and what we'll do during the game.
I said back in November that we'll only stay up if there are 3 teams worse. I'm rapidly losing the faith that there are 3 teams worse.
